With the snowfall, tarhana soup started to boil for us. It's one of my daughter's favorite soups and I've been adding chickpeas from her favorite balls for a long time :) Of course, when it was easier to eat, I started adding noodles to it.
Then came this hearty and delicious recipe. A single bowl, rather than soup, closes a meal. It's great with some pickles on the side, let me tell you :)

Ingredients for the Recipe for Tarhana Soup with Noodles and Noodles
- 3 heaped tablespoons of tarhana
- 6 cups hot water or broth
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste or 1 Turkish coffee cup tomato sauce
- 1 spoonful butter
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- half a cup of vegetable vermicelli
- salt
How to Make Tarhana Soup with Noodles with Noodles?
- Quickly fry the tarhana in butter.
- Add tomato sauce or tomato paste and fry again.
- Add the chickpeas and noodles and mix. Add 1-2 cups of water, mix and open the soup.
- Add the remaining 4 glasses of water and bring to a boil.
- Cook until the noodles are soft and serve.
