Hello dear friends, for a very long time I wanted to make these cookies with sticks and then my dessert from sweet cookie baskets. It was late last night, and I decorated my cookies that I baked and cooled the night before by getting up 1,5 hours earlier than I normally should (I prepared it in royal icing, but there was no time to use it) and then I set off to catch up with work. But would I leave; Even though the ornament was not completed as I wanted, I took my dear cookies with me, I was going to take a picture of it and share it with you no matter what, or I would crack.

How to Make Cookie Basket Recipe?

  1. Wait until the butter comes to room temperature and is divided into cubes.
  2. Flour from 1 bar, 1 cup of powdered sugar, baking powder and starch are sieved together into the bowl where we will knead the cookie dough.
  3. The middle is opened like a pool, the egg is broken and butter is added and kneading begins.
  4. The 2nd glass of flour is sifted slowly while kneading.
  5. When the dough has the consistency of an earlobe, it is divided into two, flour is sprinkled on the counter and rolled out to a thickness of 1,5-2 cm with the help of a rolling pin.
  6. The opened dough is cut with the cookie molds you want to use.
  7. The oven is heated to 180 degrees, the cookies are placed on a tray with baking paper and the sticks are attached.
  8. Bake for almost 15-20 minutes until the color of the cookies changes.
  9. After cooling, it is decorated with sugar paste.
