Stuffed meatballs

Ingredients for Antakya Style Meatballs with Kibbeh

250 gr. raw ground beef
1 tablespoon of chili paste
2,5 glass of fine bulgur
2 tea spoon salt
1 pieces of eggs
enough water

for inside:
250 gr. half fat ground beef
2 medium onion
150 g walnuts
7-8 sprigs of parsley
salt, cumin, black pepper

How to Make Antakya Style Meatballs with Kibbeh Recipe?

Let's fry the minced meat thoroughly so that it does not stick to any grains. Chop and fry the onions in a separate bowl. Then add it to the mince. Let's add walnuts into it and fry a little more. Add the chopped parsley and let it cool.

Let's pour the fine bulgur into a bowl and add the ground meat, tomato paste and egg into it. Let's prepare the dough by pouring it slowly in our water (it won't be too dry as the bulgur will absorb water, it will be a little wet dough) then let's divide this bulgur dough into 2 parts.
Let's lay a piece of it on the bottom of the greased tray. Let's pour our stuffing in the middle. Let's put the other piece of dough on it and press it. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown. (15 minutes after putting it in the oven, let's bake it again by drizzling a little water on it)

It is enough to bake it until it is browned, if you bake it more, it may dry out.

Enjoy your meal :)
