Leek Broccoli Meatballs

It is a dish that you can easily prepare in the airfry or in the oven, which especially children will love. broccoli patties I have a recipe. I am sure that not only children but also you will want to cook it all winter after trying it :) It is very practical since all the ingredients are raw. It's great to eat right out of the oven, but it gets better as it pulls in the longer it waits.

The leeks I added instead of onions or spring onions really increased the flavor of the leek :) You can easily get new flavors by adding and removing different ingredients in this recipe.

Leek Broccoli Meatballs Recipe How to Make?

  1. Cut the broccoli into chives and pass it through the robot. When it breaks a little, add the egg and run it again.
  2. Grate the carrot, finely chop the leek and greens.
  3. Take all the ingredients in the mixing bowl, grate the cheese, add the spices and flour and mix.
  4. Shape the meatball mortar you prepared with an ice cream spoon and place it on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  5. Bake for 180 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees or in an airfry set at 15 degrees.
  6. Serve hot or warm.
