Ingredients for Fresh Beans with Olive Oil Recipe
- 1 kg of green beans,
- 2 medium onions,
- 2-3 large tomatoes,
- salt,
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar,
- half a glass of oil,
- 2 glasses of water,
How to Make Fresh Beans with Olive Oil Recipe?
- After the washed beans are sorted and sliced in half, place them in a saucepan and put the finely chopped onion and coarsely chopped tomatoes on them.
- Add salt, sugar and olive oil. Close the lid of the pot. Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes until the beans change colour.
- Lift the lid and add 2 cups of hot water.
- Close the lid again and cook on high heat again.
- When the food is cooked, remove the pot from the heat. Let it cool without opening the lid.
- As desired, when the beans are warm or completely cooled, transfer the dish to plates and serve warm or cold.
