Hello Dear Friends,

After spending our weekend in unique places such as Kayseri, Ürgüp, Göreme with its nature and history, I started seriously enjoyable :) For 2 days, we had such a tour with our guide that it would not be a lie if I say that we had enough of both history and walking :)

This week, due to the approaching Ramadan, I want to focus on cooking pot recipes as much as possible. I will try to prepare and share delicious recipes that can be prepared a day in advance, or recipes that will not take more than 30 minutes of your time when you start, especially for working ladies and those who will host more guests for iftar.

olive oil beans

Green beans with olive oil are also one of the best recipes of the season, I used to prepare them by roasting onions and tomatoes in the past, but these days, I prepare all the ingredients by putting them raw and cooking them on low heat. I realized that it is much, much tastier that way. While your food is cooking, you have plenty of time to prepare other dishes. In addition, if you prepare your olive oil 1 day in advance and cool it in the pot, and then rest it in the refrigerator for 1 night, you will not be able to get enough of it.

You can prepare a simple yet delicious dinner by trying my favorite menu, pasta, green beans with olive oil, and watermelon trio.

Love…

  3. Take the onion in a medium-sized pot, put half of the green beans you have sorted on it.
  4. Put the tomatoes and garlic on the beans and put the remaining beans in the pot.
  5. Add olive oil, water, salt and sugar to the pot and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
  6. After 20 minutes, mix the beans and cook for another 10 minutes (until the beans are soft) and turn off the stove.
  7. Let it rest until it reaches room temperature with the lid closed and serve.

I thank you :) Yes, roasting actually kills the flavor of the green beans a bit. Yours sincerely
