Hello Dear Friends,

After the Spinach Root recipe, I realized that I have a spinach with olive oil No description. Make over a thousand recipes, take pictures but olive oil Forget the spinach. I swear it's a shame :)

Of course spinach with olive oil It is easier to prepare than the roots. Because it is much easier than the roots to drain the sand and mud. I'm going to make lots of spinach recipes this winter. I even made bechamel and spinach pancakes the other day, but we ate them before we had the chance to take a photo :) Anyway, the recipe is very close...

1 kilo spinach making a big bag. That's why it's like the kitchen is filled with spinach, and it seems troublesome to cook it in the same pot. In fact, it is not like that at all, if you add the spinach you have washed and drained to the pot in 2-3 pieces, your work will become incredibly easy.

Fry the onion, add 2-3 large pinches of spinach, stir 2-3 times and you will notice that it is extinguished immediately. From now on, it's the same until the spinach is gone :)

I have been cooking for 4 years. I always look at the dishes from the recipes on your blog. Olive oil is always suitable for my taste. Probably tried recipes, visuals that inspire a love of cooking, no food has ever been irrelevant like on other sites. I can't thank you enough. Glad you have your blog :)

I chop the onion and spinach in the pot and put the oil in the bottom. I add the chopped spinach just above the dry onions at the bottom. With the addition of salt and 2 cubes of sugar, I cook it by squinting like a candle in the smallest eye of the stove. When the spinach releases its juice, I add washed rice. Also, don't add water. I suggest you try it. That's what I thought until I tried it.
