Artichoke with Olive Oil

Ingredients for Artichoke Recipe with Olive Oil
2 fresh small artichokes
olive oil
limon

How to Make Artichoke Recipe with Olive Oil?
First remove the bottom two rows of artichoke leaves. We cut the stem of the artichokes to a short length and apply lemon immediately so that they do not darken, cut 2 cm from the head, rub them with lemon and throw them into plenty of salty cold water. We repeat the same process for all the artichokes.
Boil our water in a separate pot, add some salt and artichokes and boil it for 35-40 minutes.
Drain the cooked artichokes well, cut them into 2 halves on the cutting board and place them on the lemons that we cut into circles. We pour our sauce mixed with garlic, olive oil and lemon, beaten with salt. Garnish with mint and parsley and serve.
If desired, the sauce can not be poured on it, but the leaves can be dipped in the sauce and eaten. After being eaten like this, I highly recommend reaching the heart of the artichoke and experiencing its delicious taste with the sauce :)
