how to cook artichokes without blackening

There are a zillion kinds of artichoke recipes on my blog when you say chicken, legumes, stuffed, orange ones. This is a great recipe that will blow the Aegean and Mediterranean winds in your home this time. Sea beans pair perfectly with artichokes. Especially when a little garlic is added to it, you can't get enough of its taste.

If you want, you can add hard tomatoes from which seeds are taken instead of capia peppers.
