You are more or less aware of how I am running these days, my body is tired when I say live broadcasts and campaigns. I am quite tired and sluggish for 2 days. But the work that needs to be done does not wait, so I try to improve my work by sleeping and waking up from time to time.

summer food

I made peas with olive oil on Tuesday evening, and I started to rummage through the fridge as I was hungry at noon and didn't have the mood to cook a new meal. My dear peas winked at me from afar :) I thought I shared this recipe with you before, but I'm surprised I didn't write it :)

By the way, the first photo is with tomato paste, the second photo is without tomato paste. The other day, when the fresh peas looked good, I cooked them again, but I didn't feel like putting tomato paste. Instead, after adding water, I added 1 clove of garlic, which I chopped coarsely. I think it's also delicious without the tomato paste.

Anyway, it's good that I didn't share, actually, when I took a photo or two, I felt like I was in a good mood.

If you have a pea dish, you must have it with it. rice get cacik I would like to :)

Love…

How to Make Olive Oil Peas Recipe?

  1. Wash and drain the peas. Chop the onion.
  2. Peel and dice the carrots and potatoes.
  3. Put the olive oil in the pan in which you will cook the food and heat it. Put the onions and carrots in the pot, fry them on medium heat until the onions turn pink.
  4. Add the tomato paste to the pot and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the drained peas and then the diced potato to the pot and fry for 1-2 more minutes.
  6. Add enough water to cover it (I added more than 1 liter of water), add the sugar, adjust the salt and cook on low heat until all the vegetables are soft (about 40-45 minutes).

Hello, of course you can use it. It will be enough to add the onions after they turn pink and fry them. Love :)

My mom says fry the peas until they change color or they won't be cooked? I'm confused, so 2-3 minutes. Do you think it's okay with roasting?

The oil seems a little too much. Thank you for sharing. I'm making my dinner right now :))

Can we also apply the same recipe for canned food?

Does the water need to be boiled, how much salt will be thrown, what happens if the canned peas break the fast, etc.? there are many unclear points

Hello, the water does not need to boil. Adjust the salt according to your taste, if you like less salt, half a teaspoon is enough. If the peas are canned, they will cook faster, so check by tasting them. I refer you to the Diyanet for fasting and chewing gum. http://www.diyanet.gov.tr .
