– Dried kidney beans should be soaked in water 1 night before.
– Since it is made with olive oil, sugar must be added to it.

Ingredients for Red Kidney Beans Recipe with Olive Oil

  • 1 kg kidney beans
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 2 meal spoon tomato paste
  • 2 medium onion
  • Half a glass of olive oil
  • 3 medium carrot
  • 1 liter of hot water
  • Salt
  • 2 sugar cubes
  • 3-4 pieces of garlic
  • Half a bunch of Parsley

How to Make Kidney Beans with Olive Oil Recipe?

  1. Peel and wash the tomatoes, garlic, onions and carrots.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, garlic and onions for edibles and the carrots into rings.
  3. Put the olive oil in the pot, add the onions and carrots and fry them on medium heat until they turn pink.
