Hello Dear Friends,

I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said Celery with Quince is a legendary flavor where all the beauties of the season are gathered together. When quince, celery, carrot and orange are at their sweetest form. Olive oil lovers must have 1-2 rules. The most important of these is to rest the food on the day you cook it. If possible, if it is served after 1 day, you will not be satisfied with its taste.

Also, our elders add as much sugar as 1-2 cubes of sugar, but there is absolutely no need for this recipe. Because both quince and orange juice add enough sweetness.

Finally, it is not acceptable for the food to be too watery. Olive oil is loved more if it is left to its oil. Therefore, if your orange is juicy, you can reduce the amount of normal water by half a glass.
