The company that sells gingers on the rayon also left a brochure, of course, we immediately threw it in the bag. Good thing we got it, I really liked it. The brochure has almost 10-15 recipes that can be made with ginger. For now, I chose the ginger lemonade recipe, which is suitable for the last days of summer, to share with you. Just like in the recipe, the peel of 5 lemons makes the lemonade bitter, so I recommend reducing the lemon peels. I changed the recipe a little bit, let's see everyone enjoy...
Ingredients for Ginger Lemonade Recipe
- 5 lemon
- 1 half matchbox ginger
- 6 tablespoon of honey
- 3 sprigs of mint
- 1 liters of water
- one grape per glass
- 2-3 slices of apple per glass
How To Make Ginger Lemonade Recipe?
- Peel and grate the ginger. Wash the lemon and grate the peel with the fine part of the grater.
- Mix the lemon juice, ginger water and honey in a deep and wide bowl until the honey is completely dissolved.
- Rest in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
- Strain with the help of a cheesecloth.
- Fill the glasses with plenty of ice, add 1 mint leaf and 1 grape.
- Fill with lemonade and garnish with apple slices and serve.
