Ginger Honey Cake

I bought root ginger almost a month ago just out of curiosity. But I didn't have time to use them, of course, during this time two of my ginger roots sprouted.
Now I have planted them in the doomed soil, let's see if I will have fresh ginger :)
While the last remaining root was looking at me in the kitchen, I suddenly felt like making a cake, so I decided to make it in a different bowl this time. Here are mini gingerbread cakes in a souffle bowl :)
It looked perfect and when you take it out of the mold, they are as soft as cotton. So it's different to watch and nice to eat. I definitely recommend you to try it.

I tried your cake, it was nice, it was soft, but I poured it into the cake mold, if we add a little more flour, I guess it will come out of the cake mold more easily. What do you think?

I tried, but it was too wet. I could not understand whether it was cooked or not because the honey was too much.
I guess it was my fault.

I haven't been making a cake for a long time, or rather, I can't find the opportunity, but I will make it tonight and I will eat it with pleasure. I can't make a cake and eat it after this image.. :)
    Good luck to you, nilay
