Hello Dear Friends,

Now that we have left my birthday and wedding anniversary behind, we can continue with the recipes from where we left off. Maybe 1 year later, after moving, I became seriously ill. So much so that even my hair strands ached when I went to the doctor. No matter how many supplements we take, if you feel tired and don't have time to rest, the body says stop, I'll put you to bed :)

ginger linden

When I said drug therapy, herbal teas, I recovered in a short time, but ask me. I used to not like linden very much, but lately, I try to brew it and consume it whenever I think of it. Especially ginger linden has become one of my favorite teas.

I also prepared with fresh ginger, orange and lemon. To Fresh Ginger Tea You can find it here.

You can consume it as a supplement during the winter. In Ginger Honey Syrup here.

You can easily find fresh ginger in the markets and in the vegetable & fruit aisles of the markets. You can also keep it in your home as it lasts for a long time in the refrigerator.

I usually grate it with the cheese grater I use for parmesan, but you can grate it with the serrated part of your grater at home.

I also use a strainer infuser so that the tea is not cloudy. A french press can also be used easily instead of a teapot with a strainer.

with me when you try my recipe Don't forget to share on instagram :) I would love to share the recipes you use with your photos in my story :) My Instagram account: @kitchensirlari
