Ginger Honey Syrup
Hello Dear Friends,
My fight against the common cold continues at full throttle :) The pace of work is so intense that I have to sit down from time to time, and something gets in the way. I shared yesterday quince linden After the recipe, I decided to try the Ginger Lemon Honey mix, which I had in mind for a long time.
When winter came, we used to consume 1 teaspoon of chestnut honey on an empty stomach every morning to strengthen our immune system (we gave up when the jar was 150 TL :) . In other words, honey is an indispensable part of the house, especially in the winter months.
The benefits of ginger, which is a bitter but very useful plant, are endless. Especially when used with honey in colds, it is highly preferred because it cleans brooches. I sometimes use powdered ginger in meals, but it is also very useful to consume fresh. It will be easier to consume fresh ginger mixed with lemon into honey. If you say you can't spoon it, you can easily consume it by mixing it with warm water.
Video Description of the Recipe
Also, Dear Ayşegül, one of my Facebook followers, was preparing a different recipe for her daughter. This recipe was very good for cough and they used it as a family. If you are going to use the prescription for your children, prepare a small amount first and observe if your child has any allergies. If your body is sensitive, consult your doctor first, even if it is a natural supplement.
For cough:
- 1 glass of honey
- 1 tablespoon of powdered ginger
- 1 tablespoon of black seed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- You can mix all the ingredients and store them at room temperature and give 1 teaspoon before going to bed in the evening.
