Here is the curious rice recipe here… Sesame Cheese Schnitzel The second and last recipe of the Moonlight event, which I mentioned in the recipe.

It's very close to being my favorite pilaf recipe :) Meat dishes, especially stews, are an incredibly harmonious flavor.

I did last year new year's chicken next chestnut rice I already prepared it, but this year I can cook apple and quince winter pilaf.

This rice recipe will be enough for 2-3 people, but if you are going to prepare it for a larger group, you should definitely use 2-3 times more ingredients.

Love…

    Hello Ms. Nilay,
Thank you for your explanation and I would like to point out,
Of course, 3 cups of hot water is not much for two large cups of rice. Please correct incorrect measurements.

I will review it as soon as possible. For now I am correcting the dimensions to 1 by 1,5. Don't be confused by the cup sizes. Thanks, love…

I made your recipe exactly and had to throw it away. 3 glasses of hot water was too much and the rice was mushy. Isn't it a pity for so much material and labor, are you sure about these dimensions?

Hello Mrs. Serpil, I prepared this recipe for my guests last night using two large cups of rice and the water measure was not a problem. Beim rice was a little watery. It is necessary to set the fire well.
