Zebra Biscuit Cake – Ingredients for Petibor Cake Recipe

  • 1 package of plain petibor biscuits
  • 1 pack of double roasted or cocoa petibor biscuits
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Half a tea glass of wheat starch
  • Half a tea glass of cocoa
  • 1 pack of vanillin
  • 1 spoonful butter
  • coconut grater

Zebra Biscuit Cake – How to Make Petibor Cake Recipe?

1. Put sugar, cocoa and starch into the pot. Add milk little by little and whisk. Turn on the stove, add the remaining milk and mix.
2. Cook, stirring, over low heat until it reaches the consistency of pudding.
3. Add vanilla and butter to the thickened mixture, stir and remove from the heat.
4. Line a loaf mold or a baking tray with stretch film, spread the pudding on the plain biscuit and start arranging it in the form of plain and cocoa.
5. Follow the same process until all the biscuits are finished. Finally, spread some pudding on top and plaster it.
6. Place the remaining mixture in a bowl and set aside.
7. Let the biscuit cake rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
8. Place the cake on a serving plate and sprinkle grated coconut on top.
9. Cut it on the side and serve.
