If you have stale bread and eggs on hand, you can easily mix it with whatever cheese you have left in the house and prepare it easily. Recently, I have started to add 1 or half a clove of garlic, depending on the number of slices I will prepare.

Ingredients for Egg Cheese Breakfast Bread Recipe

  • 6-8 slices of bread
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 2 medium egg
  • 150 g low-salt feta cheese (whatever you have at home)
  • 50 g cheddar cheese or fresh cheddar cheese
  • small pinch of parsley
  • black pepper
  • salt (you may not add according to the salt of the cheese)

How to Make Egg Cheese Breakfast Bread Recipe?

  1. Crush or grate the garlic and mix it with olive oil.
  2. Put greaseproof paper on the tray and put the sliced ​​bread on it.
  3. Apply the olive oil with garlic you prepared on the bread with a brush.
  4. Take feta cheese in a medium bowl and mash with a fork. Mix by adding eggs, parsley, black pepper and salt if necessary.
  5. Divide and spread this mixture on the bread with the help of a spoon. Chop the cheddar cheese into small cubes and sprinkle on top of the bread.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown (or bake at 165 degrees for 10 minutes as I did, then open the grill of the oven and bake until golden brown. So you can see that they stay softer)
