Ingredients for Egg Hibiscus Recipe
- half a bunch of hibiscus
- Half of 1 medium onion

How to Make Egg Mallow Recipe?
- Extract the hibiscus, wash it in 1-2 waters and finely chop the leaves and stems. Chop the onion.
- Put the olive oil in the pan, add the onions and fry until the onions turn pink.
- Add the hibiscus that you have cut for cooking, add salt and pepper and continue frying.
- Fry the hibiscus until it releases its juice. Make small cavities in the cooked herbs with a spoon, break the eggs and cook them to the desired consistency and serve.
