I always say my kitchen is my shelter, you know… Today, I left everything and ran to my kitchen. I don't need to do much, even the air of being in the kitchen is enough actually...

Everything other than my kitchen and the food I'm dealing with loses its meaning, as if it flies away. If I couldn't enter for 2 days, because I couldn't get rid of my stress, I started to get restless or so it seems to me.

egg dishes

Stuffed eggs were also the product of one of such days. I prepared it slowly, I photographed it slowly. Other than that, I deleted everything else...

I named it Egg Stuffed Therapy.

Love…

Good day. I wanted to write you a recipe for stuffed eggs that my mother made. We boil the eggs. When it cools down, cut it in half and separate the yolks and whites. On the other hand, we sauté our finely chopped onions in olive oil. Then we add the egg yolks, a little dill, salt and pepper. Together with these, we fry a little more (crushing the egg yolks) and turn off the stove and add a little bit of raw walnuts. After our stuffing cools down, we fill it in whites and dip it in beaten egg and fry it. You probably know it, but if you've never done it before, I can say it's a good flavor. My mother passed away. As long as he lived, he used to make us for breakfast almost every Bayram. With love and respect

Try it with mayonnaise, pickle juice and ground red pepper.

Well done, its look is beautiful, I'm sure it tastes as well. It can be served for brunch or as a different flavor for breakfast. How would it taste if we cut the pickled cucumbers into tiny pieces and mix them in?

Hello, I'm one of those who go to the kitchen to relieve stress. I understand you very well… ;-) And again, thank you for this wonderful recipe that fits my diet, I always make it with mayonnaise, I never thought to replace the stuffed eggs with cheese.
