Eggs with Garnish in a Dough Dough
Nowadays, I have made it a habit to prepare my breakfast and go to the computer. Again, I am writing to you with my unfinished sandwich and sipping green tea with jasmine.

Now that everything is ready, I can share with you one of my "I'm tired of eating sandwiches, whatever I prepare for breakfast, but I'm happy" recipe.
Garnished Eggs in a Dough Bowl were prepared with leftovers from the ingredients I used for different recipes. from spring rolls increased dough, from mushroom salad increased boiled mushrooms are some of these ingredients.
You can serve this recipe, which is simple to make and elegantly presented, at lunch and dinner as well as your breakfasts. My recipe is for 2 people, but you can easily increase it.

Ingredients for Garnished Eggs in a Dough Dough Recipe
- 1 pieces of dough
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 5 boiled mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons mixed garnish
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 pinch of parsley
- Vegetable oil
- cheddar cheese upon request
How to Make Garnish Eggs in a Dough Dough Recipe?
- Drain and slice your boiled mushrooms.
- Crack 2 eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and pepper and whisk.
- Add the garnish and sliced mushrooms to the eggs and whisk again.
- Lubricate the dough by dividing it into 4 parts as if making a spring roll.
- Place 1 piece of oiled dough into 1 compartment of your lightly oiled muffin tray. Fold the outside ends towards the inside of the tray.
- Press the middle of the phyllo with the help of a tea glass and let it dimple.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until the edges of the phyllo are browned.
- Take the fried phyllo from the oven and divide the egg mixture you have prepared into 4 phyllo dishes in the tray. Cook until the egg is cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
- Take the eggs you have taken out of the oven on a serving plate. Serve with chopped parsley and grated cheddar cheese.
