Noodle Salad with Yogurt
Hello Dear Friends,
If there's one thing I love more than pasta salad, it's pasta salad with yogurt :)) I eat it morning, noon and evening, whenever I think of it. As a matter of fact, if there is a pasta salad in the fridge, I will come and go and finish it without giving anyone a chance.
I'm trying to stay away from this right now, but if you want, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the salad.

Ingredients for the Yogurt Noodle Salad Recipe
- 1,5 cups of Noodles
- 2 spoonful butter
- 2 cup of hot water
- 2-3 tablespoons of chopped dill
- 1-2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 2 capsicum peppers
- 3-4 stalks of spring onions
- 3-4 pickled cucumbers
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 4-5 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
How to Make Yogurt Noodle Salad Recipe?
- Take the butter in a saucepan and melt it, add the vermicelli and fry until they change color.
- Add the salt and hot water to the roasted vermicelli, mix, and close the lid of the pot and cook on low heat until the water is gone.
- Cover the cooked vermicelli and let it rest for a while to brew and cool.
- While the noodles are cooling and brewing, chop the peppers, pickles and greens that you have washed and dried.
- Add crushed garlic, yoghurt, salt and chopped ingredients to the cooled vermicelli and mix.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and then serve.
