Leek Appetizer with Yoghurt
Today we plucked our leeks in our little garden. Since they are so fresh and delicious, I decided to prepare a salad immediately 💕 The other day, I asked you about leek recipes in my story.

Ingredients for Yogurt Leek Appetizer Recipe
- 4 stalk of leek
- 1 medium carrot
- 4 tablespoon of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of strained yogurt
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tea spoon salt
- Nuts on demand
How To Make The Recipe?
- Finely chop the leeks and the peeled carrot.
- Take the olive oil in the pan, fry the leeks and carrots.
- Add the garlic, yogurt and salt and mix.
- Serve with nuts roasted in olive oil, if desired.
