Leek Appetizer with Yoghurt

Today we plucked our leeks in our little garden. Since they are so fresh and delicious, I decided to prepare a salad immediately 💕 The other day, I asked you about leek recipes in my story.

The response for the brioche and leek quiche was the most. If there is a chance tomorrow, I will prepare a quiche recipe and share it with you ☺️💕

Ingredients for Yogurt Leek Appetizer Recipe

• 4 stalk of leek
• 1 medium carrot
• 4 tablespoon of olive oil
• 4 tablespoons of strained yogurt
• 1-2 cloves of garlic
• 1 tea spoon salt
• Nuts on demand

How To Make The Recipe?

1. Finely chop the leeks and the peeled carrot.
2. Take the olive oil in the pan, fry the leeks and carrots.
3. Add the garlic, yogurt and salt and mix.
4. Serve with nuts roasted in olive oil, if desired.
