Hello Dear Friends,

Towards the end of the summer, I bought a lot of artichokes from a counter that I liked very much and frozen them. I looked with the filling, with olive oil or chicken Then there will be no end to the artichokes in this freezer. So, I decided to try something different.

artichoke appetizer with yoghurt

When the strained yoghurt left at home and the artichokes I took out of the freezer were combined, a delicious taste emerged. It is also very easy to make, I do not wait for the artichokes to be thawed. I take it frozen out of its bag and then straight to the pressure chamber.

I add hot water and turn off the pressure cooker. I boil it for 7 minutes after the first steam comes out. Because I like it slightly, it will be enough to boil it for 7 minutes, if you want it even softer, 10 minutes. Remember, since I put the artichokes frozen, the time may vary depending on the freshness. You can also boil it and make a mash salad if desired.
