Wheat and Broccoli Salad with Yogurt
Hello Dear Friends,
I have a salad that is a candidate to be one of the most practical recipes from refrigerator cleaning. The broccoli that started to pass, the carrot left from the morning breakfast, the last yogurt left on the rim of the bowl came together and created a flavor that is as delicious as it is satisfying. Wheat, beans and chickpeas are the three horsemen of the freezer. Boil, strain and store. It adds flavor and satiety to a meal.
I used to like yogurt and broccoli together, but they were just right with wheat. Don't forget to save this recipe for your Christmas table.
Alternative recipes will be with you as soon as possible.
