Roasted Zucchini Appetizer with Yogurt

When we got home, I thought I would prepare a practical salad to accompany the bulgur pilaf. With the roasting of the ingredients, it was ready to serve in exactly 15 minutes ☺️
The fact that the zucchini is mildly delicious adds a great atmosphere to the salad. It is enough to fry and flavor it.

Ingredients for the Roasted Zucchini Appetizer Recipe with Yogurt
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 piece of charliston pepper
- 2 capsicum peppers
- 3 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 1 large cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Walnut
Fabrication:
- Cut off the heads and stems of the washed zucchini and divide them into 4 pieces lengthwise.
- Wash the peppers and bake in easyfray at 10 degrees for 200 minutes.
- Put the yogurt and garlic in a mixing bowl. Add the peeled and chopped peppers and zucchini on top. Add salt and mix.
- Serve with olive oil and walnuts.
