Yogurt Dessert

Ingredients for Yogurt Dessert Recipe

  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 3 tea glass of flour
  • 3 teaspoon of yogurt
  • 3 teaspoon of semolina
  • 1 teaspoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 2 packaged vanilla

For the syrup:

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 4 water glass of water
  • ¼ lemon juice

How to Make Yogurt Dessert Recipe?

  1. Place the eggs in a mixing bowl and beat together with the sugar until frothy.
  2. Add the yogurt and oil.
  3. Add the sifted flour, semolina, baking powder and vanilla and mix with the low setting of the mixer.
  4. Pour the dough onto a lightly greased and sprinkled with a little sugar.
  5. Bake the sweet dough in a heated oven at 200 degrees until it turns pink.
  6. Then pour the syrup that you have prepared and cooled thoroughly on the tray and cover the tray.
  7. Serve by slicing when it absorbs the sweet syrup. Enjoy your meal..

    I don't know why this revani yogurt dessert is called, but this recipe is better if there is more flour and 2 eggs and 2 glasses of flour in this recipe.

    The orange zest in the dough carries the yogurt dessert to a different taste. I advise. It's like throwing semolina into it and making the revan. The semolina should preferably be sprinkled on the tray before it becomes oily.

    I did it last night too. My wife asked if this is revani;) I thought it would be different because it was called yoghurt dessert;) but it was good, only the syrup ratio was not thick, as if there were three glasses of water, would it be better???

    Ladies, I live in Shanghai, I love semolina desserts, but they don't have semolina here……… they don't know chickpeas and mecimegi..especially bulgur. Dugurcük and most importantly, white cheese.

    :( I made it yesterday and it was terrible. I boiled the pan too much, I think it could be because of it? I put 2 packs of baking powder because I read it wrong the first time, it was very good. I put 1 pack yesterday. Now I don't know if it's because of it or not.
