Hello Dear Friends,

It has been quite a year since I prepared the New Year's Menu. In the meantime, new recipes have accumulated as well as the classics to add to the menu. On days like this, we like to be together as a family and usually celebrate at home. I guess it would not be more than 3 times that we went out in all these years.

Stuffed chicken and stuffed turkey, which are classics that I have prepared over the years, are still on the menu this year, but you can also choose the main dish for roast or chicken Topkapı, which I have recently published.

As a starter, we don't prefer soup. It starts with appetizers and comes to hot plates. When we say main course and dessert, we are already at the table all night. When we say fruit and nuts after dessert, we enter the new year and end the night.
