I know I've been busy this week and neglecting you a little. For a long time, I wanted to prepare an article for the new year, especially to give a nice turkey recipe. We made turkey to order 6-7 times in school, but the oven we used there was steamy. Since we weren't crowded enough to cook a turkey on New Year's Eve, I never prepared a turkey in the home oven, so I couldn't share a turkey with you.

Christmas Turkey
Ingredients for the New Year Turkey and Chestnut Stuffed Rice Recipe
- 1 turkey (about 4 kilos)
- half a glass of oil
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper

- Put the turkey on the tray. In a deep bowl, mix vegetable oil, grated garlic and spices.
- Using a brush, brush all the sauce inside and out of the turkey.
- Slice the lemons and oranges with their peels and throw them into the turkey.
- Put the turkey in the oven bag and close the bag and make 2-3 holes on it with a knife. Bake in 180 preheated oven for 1,5 hours. After 1 hour, reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for another 1,5 hours.

- 1 medium onion
- 4 spoonful butter
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 teaspoon of dried mint
- Cinnamon

- 1 pack of currants
- 1 pack of peanuts
- 3 sprigs of dill

- 1 cup cooked chestnuts

- Soak the rice in warm water for 30 minutes. Chop the onions and put them in the pot. Add butter and a little salt and fry the onions until they turn pink.
- Add the stuffed peanuts, currants and washed and drained rice to the roasted falcons and fry for 2 more minutes.
- Add cinnamon, allspice, salt and other spices and fry for 2 more minutes.
