Hello Dear Friends, I love barley noodle pilaf as much as barley noodle soup :) This delicious pilaf is juicy and sweet in season.

The only soup of my childhood was barley noodle, my mother used to make me drink this soup whenever I got sick because I was not good with chicken :)
