I bought one of these leaf wrapping machines (you know, from the ones that sell in the market and wooden castle) and learned how to do it after cutting 5-6 leaves :) But do I recommend it? Of course no! I say don't waste your money.

olive oil

Ingredients for Leaf Wrap Recipe

  • 500 g vine leaves
  • 2 cup of stuffed rice
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • Onion
  • 2 teaspoon of peanuts
  • 2 teaspoon of currants
  • Salt, pepper, mint

  1. Wash and soak the rice in warm water and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse. Peel and chop the onion.
  3. Take the olive oil in the pan and add the onion.
  4. Add a little pink and drained rice.
  5. Fry for 1-2 minutes. Add peanuts, grapes, salt and spices, mix, remove from the stove.
  6. Boil the vine leaves in salted boiling water until they turn yellow and drain them.
  7. Open the leaves one by one in a tray, add the inner material you have prepared and wrap them in the form of cigarettes.
  8. Put it in a pot and cover a plate on it. Add 2 glasses of lukewarm water and cook on low heat until the water is absorbed.
  9. Leave to cool with the lid closed.
  10. Take the wraps on a serving plate and drizzle 1 spoon of extra virgin olive oil on them.
  11. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.

I didn't understand exactly what you mean by honey properties. Usually slap leaves or mulberry leaves are used. Broken rice is used. Exactly what you want recipe@ Mutfaksirlari.com I think I can help you more if you write to me.
