Whole Wheat Flour Salted Cookies

Hello dear friends, I've been waiting for today to share this cookie because it's a full 3K recipe (Snow, Quarantine, Cookie) 🤣 the recipe is dear Ceylan's @ceyceyakdag Normally, I don't shoot a video for the recipes that I try for the first time, but his recipes are one of the recipes that have been tried many times like mine and shared when you get into it 💕

30 min

I mean, if you buy it from the patisserie, I'd say you'd hardly find it this delicious 😄 I changed its measurements into cups and spoons. I made mini balls from the leftovers from the corners and dipped them in paprika and cooked them. You can also make these cookies in balls 😊

How to Make Whole Wheat Flour Salted Cookies Recipe?

1- Mix butter, olive oil, water, egg yolk at room temperature.
2- Add flour, vinegar, salt, mahlebi, baking powder and knead.
3- It will be a soft dough, as you can see in the video, it will not stick to the hand or the container.
4- Take the dough on greaseproof paper, spread a piece of paper on it and open it.
5- Cut them in the sizes you want and separate them a little.
6- Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. (You can add 2-3 more minutes if you want it to be more crispy.)
7- Serve the cooled cookies on the tray.

I like your descriptions, but considering it's too oily, I suggest a glass of yogurt instead of water, plus an egg.

do not change it at all, the amount may seem excessive, but it is definitely not oily. Yours sincerely

    Hello there
Can I add white flour? You also have salty cookie recipes, but I was intrigued by the fact that there was mahaleb, which I love very much.

Hello, of course you can use it, but the amount of flour varies. You add gradually.
