White Cheese Omelet

Today's recipe is an omelet that we all prefer for breakfast. long before I talked about the tricks of making an omelet.
We all love to make omelets and we usually prefer cheddar cheese when serving. In fact, feta cheese suits this practical recipe just as much as cheddar cheese. Especially when you use medium or full-fat cheese, it melts like cheddar cheese with the temperature of the omelet and a delicious flavor emerges.
When I want to prepare something delicious on weekdays without spending too much time on breakfast, I cook it and finish the breakfast in a snap. I don't have time, but I would definitely recommend it to those who say they can't leave the house without breakfast :)

Ingredients for the White Cheese Omelet Recipe
- 2 eggs (large)
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- salt and pepper
- Desired amount of crumbled or finely chopped white cheese
- a small pinch of parsley, optional
Fabrication:
- In a deep dinner plate, whisk the eggs, salt and pepper with a fork.
- Take the butter in the pan and melt it over medium heat. Tilt the pan slightly left and right and ensure that the entire surface is lubricated.
- Pour the beaten egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly over the surface of the pan.
- With the help of a spatula, separate the edges of the omelet, which has started to cook for 30 seconds and slightly thickened, from the pan and shake the pan.
- When the omelet is completely cooked and there is no liquid left, add feta cheese to one half and parsley if desired. With the help of a spatula, fold the omelet on the part you sprinkled, take it to the serving plate and serve.
