Wheat Salad
Hello Dear Friends,
I had a weekend full of fun, lots of food and lots of sightseeing. We decided to have a picnic in Kuzguncuk with our friends on Saturday (I will stay at home again this week). When there was a sudden decision, I gathered everything at home and prepared something practical. The most suitable for our chickens in the barbecue wheat salad It was.
As a matter of fact, I boiled the wheat abundantly and used two different recipes. I used some of it while preparing cold ayran vaccine soup. And the rest"i do something about it” I threw it in the fridge :) We were all a little surprised when the picnic day turned into a great salad in 10 minutes :)
You can prepare this recipe as an alternative to the vicious salad on days or at friendly invitations.

Ingredients for Wheat Salad Recipe
- 1 cup of buckwheat
- 1 small can of corn
- 2 roasted red pepper
- 2 pickled cucumbers
- Quarter bunch of parsley
- salt
- Red pepper
- olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- pomegranate
Fabrication:
- Boil the wheat in plenty of water until it bursts slightly and becomes soft.
- Strain the boiled wheat, rinse it with water and put it in a deep bowl.
- Chop the pepper and pickle into cubes. Finely chop the parsley you have washed and drained and add it to the wheat.
- Add salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and pomegranate syrup to the salad and mix well.
- Serve cold.
Wonderful. I made this by using mayonnaise instead of lemon and pomegranate syrup as a sauce. It was like a different Russian salad!
