I had been thinking about preparing different recipes with Dates of Paradise for a long time. While we were thinking about whether we should bake a cake or cookies before shooting today, with the approach of New Year's Eve and our desire for cookies outweighed, these delicious and delicious cookies came out.

Ingredients for Walnut Pineapple Cookie Recipe
- 290 g flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- half a teaspoon of cloves (crushed in a mortar)
- 1 small pinch of nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 3 medium sized persimmon puree
- 1 large eggs
- 100 g butter (softened in the microwave for 1 minute)
- 50 g chopped walnuts
Fabrication:
- Take flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, vanillin and sugar in a deep bowl and mix.
- Beat the egg in another bowl, add the softened butter and continue beating.
- After peeling the shells and removing the seeds, puree the persimmons in the blender, then add them to the buttered mixture and whisk.
- Add the dry mixture you prepared to the date mixture and mix it with the help of a spatula.
- After it is completely mixed, add the chopped walnuts and mix again with the help of a spatula.
- Divide the dough with the help of an ice cream spoon at 3-4 cm intervals on the baking tray on which you have greased paper.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 12-13 minutes until the edges turn brown.
- Leave the baked cookies to cool on the tray. You can serve your cooled cookies.
