Hello dear friends,

Today I am writing to you from Armutlu!

As soon as we stepped in here, we got into the holiday mood. I am so happy that I wanted to share it with you for your joy. I opened my laptop overlooking the sea, I am experiencing the peace of calm and silence. I baked my cherry muffins just before I set off. My father liked its taste very much, so I urgently started to write this recipe, which is most suitable for the holiday, so that you can make it as soon as possible…

All you need to do for easy, practical, delicious and cotton-like muffins is that all your ingredients are at room temperature, sifted and mixed well.

Since I used ganache to decorate the maffins, I used 1 cup of sugar for the dough. If you are not going to use ganache and you want sweeter muffins, you can use 1,5 cups of sugar.

You can make 12 muffins using these measurements. love..

If you don't want your cherries to collapse, flour them lightly before adding them to the dough.

  • ¾ cup of yogurt
  • Half a glass of oil
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 pack of vanilla
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 4 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 1,5 cups pitted cherries
  • 2,5 water glass flour

How To Make Cherry Muffin Recipe?

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is whitish.
  2. Add yogurt, oil and vanilla and mix until completely mixed. Add the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder.
  3. Add the cherries you dipped in a little flour so that they don't sink to the bottom and mix them lightly.
  4. Divide the dough into the muffin tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

    Hello Miss Nilay,
I would like to ask you a little something, I can say that I have just started cooking. I am engaged and will be getting married soon. Like you, I want to cook professionally and get out of the business with minimum mistakes. But I get frustrated with the cakes I make every time. I want to ask, should we take the cake out of the oven as we bake it? ?I would be glad if you could help.
    Thanks in advance…

I read the recipe in London, unfortunately I can't make it even though it hurts so much. When I return to Istanbul, the first thing I do will be to buy a cherry and make it.
