Cherry Cake
Last Sunday, when we went to the market for weekly shopping, I decided to buy a flour mix for the bread machine. When I looked at the new varieties that came to the aisle, the hazelnut flour mixture was different and I bought 1 kg to try.
We were invited to tea last night, I wanted to make a cake on my way and I caught my eye on the hazelnut flour mixture that was at hand. Combined with the cherry left in the freezer and the last remaining cocoa, a nice cake came out.
In cake making, I tried the Camellia Mold that Softbowl sent me as a gift last month. I am very satisfied with the brand that I have used before, I recommend silicone brushes and silikomats, apart from silicone molds.
Love…

I bought the hazelnut flour today and tried it, it was delicious. My cake, I just noticed that in your recipe, baking powder is written, whereas on the package of this flour, baking powder is added in small fonts, do not use extra.
I love sour-sweet together, so I really like this cake, I'll add more sour cherry, I guess because I want it to be more sour :))
hello, what brand of flour mix?
Hello Ms. Esra, unfortunately I can't remember the name because I transferred it to the jar and threw the package away :( But I bought it from Real, you can find it in the flour section.
When I read it, I made it with the pumpkin pie. =))
I thank you Ms. Nagehan, thank you for your work :)
