Vegetable Noodle-Rice Pasta

Noodle = Noodles Or Chinese pasta is made like pasta at home, but adding different sauces adds an extra atmosphere :) You can easily find these delicious noodles in all supermarkets.

Other than vegetables, you can add fish, squid and meatballs. You can also sweeten it with sauces such as soy, teriyaki, oyster. You can also use sesame or peanut oil as oil.

Teriyaki and soy sauces are often salty, so I recommend being careful when adding salt.

I added some squid to the noodles. You can fry the squid outside or add it to your noodles by sautéing it with vegetables.

Ingredients for Vegetable Noodle-Rice Pasta Recipe

• 1 package of rice noodles
• 1 medium carrot
• 1 medium onion
• 1 yellow california pepper
• 1 red california pepper
• Half a cup of teriyaki sauce
• 4 tablespoon of olive oil
• 1 cloves of garlic

Fabrication:

1. Boil the noodles in plenty of water by adding 1 pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil until soft (approximately 8-10 minutes).
2. Chop the onions for piyaz, the garlic finely and all the remaining ingredients in julienne (thin and long).
3. If you do not have a wok pan, heat the oil in a Teflon pan if you have it, first add the onion and garlic to the oil and lightly brown them on high heat, then add the carrots and sauté for 2 minutes.
4. Add the peppers, when they soften a little, add the remaining vegetables, add the teriyaki sauce last and cook the vegetables for 1 more minute.
5. Take the drained noodle in a wok pan and mix it on high heat so that it mixes with the sauce and vegetables.
6. Serve hot, pouring some sesame oil if available.
