I have a very delicious gratin recipe that you can diversify with seasonal vegetables and that everyone who eats it will love.

Ingredients for Vegetable Gratin Recipe



• 300 g cauliflower
• 300 g broccoli
• 2 carrots
• 2 tablespoons of flour
• 2,5 glass of water Milk
• 2 tablespoon of butter
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Nutmeg

Fabrication:

  1. Separate the broccoli and cauliflower into tubers, peel and slice the carrots.
  2. Boil it in boiling water to which you add salt, until it comes to slightly al dente, and strain it.
  3. For the béchamel sauce, fry the butter and flour, continue mixing while adding the cold milk.
  4. Add spices to taste and remove from heat when it thickens.
  5. Pour béchamel sauce evenly over the vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
