Ingredients for Veal Schnitzel Recipe

  • 4 slices ribeye (thinned)
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • spoon of salt
  • black pepper
  • Oil for frying

  • 1 slice of lemon per meat
  • 1 slice of butter

Fabrication:

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and transfer to a large plate.
  2. Take the flour and breadcrumbs into wide plates in the same way. Take all 3 materials side by side on the counter. Add salt and pepper to the flour.
  3. Dip the beaten entrecotes first in the flour, then the beaten egg, and finally the breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry both sides in the hot oil.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges and seasoned butter.
