Vanilla Cupcake
Vanilla Cupcakes is a recipe that I prepared last week and only had the opportunity to publish this week. Thanks to the brown sugar and stick vanilla I used, it had a different and pleasant flavor.
You can get sweet cream by whipping cold cream and powdered sugar until it thickens for the top decoration.
Stick vanilla is the fruit of a kind of orchid, that is, it is obtained naturally. It is usually found in herbalists and shops selling cake ingredients. Although the price varies depending on where you buy it, it is between 5-10 TL.
Stick Vanilla can be used in cakes, desserts, ice cream making. To use vanilla in cakes, it is enough to make a scratch on the neck and remove the black seeds inside with a knife. You can get flavored candy by throwing the remaining sticks into 1 jar of granulated sugar.
The "vanillin" we use in cakes and desserts is not actually "vanilla". Vanillin is one of the active ingredients in vanilla. It is not produced naturally like vanilla, it contains many chemicals.
You can really tell vanilla cakes, desserts or ice creams by the small black seeds and soft aroma in them.
Ingredients for Vanilla Cupcake Recipe
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 2,5 cups of cake flour (in baking powder)
- 1 cups brown sugar
- 1 finger less than 1 glass of milk
- 1 finger less than 1 glass of oil
- 1 fresh vanilla stick
Fabrication:
- Draw the vanilla lengthwise, scrape the seeds inside with a knife. Put the sugar and eggs in a whisk, beat with a mixer at low speed and then at high speed (until the sugar dissolves completely and swells).
- Add milk and oil to the beaten eggs and mix for another 1-2 minutes.
- Finally, add the flour and vanilla beans, mix until you get a smooth dough.
- Divide the cake mix into the paper cake molds.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Before taking it out of the oven, check if the middle is cooked, if not, cook for another 5 minutes. Serve your baked cakes when they come to room temperature.

Yes, use the same amount of flour and 1 packet of baking powder. Whisk the custard box while it is cold.

You can use 1 pack of Dian baking soda. Between 2,5 and 5 glasses of flour, 1 packet of baking powder is enough.
