Ingredients for Raisin Walnut Cinnamon Bun Recipe

  • 1,5 water glass of water
  • 1 pack of instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoons of oil
  • 2 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • salt with the tip of 1 teaspoon
  • 4 water glass flour

For internal mortar:

  • 2 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 tea glass of raisins
  • Half a tea glass of butter (to be applied to the dough)

For the above:

  • 1 egg yolk

How to Make Raisin Walnut Cinnamon Bun Recipe?

  1. Put the yeast in a mixing bowl, add warm water and 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, mix it and wait 5-10 minutes for it to foam.
  2. Add 3 cups of flour, oil and salt to the foaming yeast and start kneading. Continue adding the remaining flour by kneading until you get a soft and non-sticky consistency.
  3. Take the dough you have prepared on the kitchen counter that you have prepared, leave it to ferment for 40 minutes if the house is hot, for about 55-60 minutes if it is cool.
  4. While the dough is fermenting, mix the ingredients you will put in between. With the help of a rolling pin, open it to be a square of 30×30 cm.
  5. Spread the butter on the rolled out dough and sprinkle the remaining ingredients and roll it.
  6. With the help of a sharp knife, divide the roll you prepared into 2 parts lengthwise and wrap them together.
  7. Place the dough in the cake tin and brush the egg yolk on it.
  8. Leave to ferment in the bowl until the oven is heated, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove the completely cooled bun from the mold and serve.
