Ingredients for Grape Walnut Slice Cookie Recipe

  • 1 egg (white into yolk)
  • 2 tea glass of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoons of oil
  • 2 teaspoon of wheat starch
  • 4 tea glass of flour
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 2 tea glass of raisins
  • 1 tea glass of walnut kernels

How to Make Raisin Walnut Slice Cookie Recipe as if Mom Touched It?

  1. Take the egg white in a mixing bowl, mix it with granulated sugar, butter and oil with the help of a fork.
  2. Start kneading by adding starch, 3 tea glasses of flour and baking powder, add the remaining flour if necessary.
  3. Add raisins and walnuts to the gathered dough and knead.
  4. Divide the dough into 2 parts and make a flat and long strip each.
  5. Cut 2 finger-thick oblique slices from this strip and put them on a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  6. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown.
