Pan for Sleepiness

For the last 1 month, my wife had begun to talk about sleepiness, almost even in her dreams. We even asked a few places in Izmir, but we couldn't find it. Fortunately, one of my colleagues had a connection with a Thracian butcher.
We brought 1 kilo of sleepiness all the way from there. My wife was very happy with this job. You should have seen the joy he was eating. Well, if he loves it so much, you can say what is this sleepiness. Sleepiness is a kind of offal. It tastes the same as kokorec, but larger.
I didn't like it at first, but it tastes good when you eat it, I recommend you to try it :) We will grill it tomorrow...
Ingredients for Sleepy Pan Recipe
- half a kilo of hazelnuts

- red pepper
- thyme
How to Make Sleepy Pan Recipe?
