sweetbreadWe were in Sütlüce, on the northern shore of the Golden Horn, last night. You know my dear wife's sleepiness curiosity. I wanted to surprise him and after work began our journey to the center of sleepiness. I liked it very much and was satisfied. Let me recommend you to go at the first opportunity and let me tell you how to get to this historical place and place...

When going from Topkapı to Kadıköy Ankara direction, take the Halıcıoğlu turn. After that turn, the road takes you directly to Sütlüce beach. It is enough if you turn right along the coast, dozens of sleeper shops, cafes and restaurants welcome you… Of course, there is no rule that only those with a car will go. .

Although there are many shops, we went to Ömür Restaurant with the recommendation of a friend. It is a clean and warm place as well as shabby, run by the same family for 25 years. We ate our nappies by resting and enjoying the beautiful view to the beach. My wife said 1,5 servings, she finished it and ate what was on my plate, I must say it was great in salad. Fortunately, we went, ate a delicious meal, and thanks to Yekta, who has been running the place for 25 years, we learned about sleepiness.
Sleeper Grid

First of all, sleepiness is the most beautiful suckling time.
And there are 3 types of sleepiness. These:

1-Neck Sleeper: coming out of the neck
2-Lung Sleepiness: Coming from a place close to the heart
3-Hazelnut Sleepiness: emanating from the animal's bumbar

SweetbreadBefore grilling the sleepyhead, it is useful to wash it and boil it lightly. Thus, the grill would be more delicious. I tried it and I really liked it. You can go as a family and enjoy the beach without being disturbed. There are many options for kebab and offal lovers, not just for sleepyheads. Before I forget, let me give you your phone, who knows, maybe we'll meet there one day :)
