Ingredients for Instant Flour Vinegar Crispy Pastry Recipe

  • 4 phyllo dough
  • 2 tablespoon of butter (heaped)
  • Half a teaspoon of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of flour

Internal fee:

  • Curd cheese
  • Salt
  • parsley

How to Make a Crispy Pastry with Flour Vinegar Recipe?

  1. Take the melted butter in a bowl. Add the vinegar and vinegar. Add the flour and mix.
  2. For the stuffing, mix the curd, salt and chopped parsley.
  3. Spread 1 sheet of dough on the kitchen counter. Spread the sauce you prepared on it with the help of a brush. Spread the second phyllo on top of the first phyllo and season it with a brush.
  4. Divide each phyllo into 10 triangles with the help of a knife.
  5. Put 1 teaspoon of filling in the wide part of the dough and wrap it. Do the same with the other two sheets.
  6. When all the phyllo is finished, spread the remaining sauce on the phyllo. Arrange the pastries you prepared in a bowl so that they do not stick to each other and put them in the freezer.
  7. Rest the pastries in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours.
  8. Brush the pastries with egg yolk from the freezer and bake them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.
  9. Serve hot or warm.
