Vita, anhydrous oil, can confuse you. It is sold in 1 kilo packages in the markets, but if you cannot find it, you can also use margarine for dough. However, remember that the cookies in the bakery use anhydrous oil, so anhydrous oil will give the best results.

Years later, I also prepared cocoa flour cookies with this recipe. her recipe too you can see it here.

    hello lady nilay
I made the cookie according to the measurements you gave. The image was very beautiful. But it was hard as a stone. It doesn't even bite. Why might it be? Thanks in advance for your answer..

Hello Ecem, you measured the ingredients in the recipe with the help of a scale, didn't you? Because if you don't measure it, it doesn't work if you use a rough measure like 1 gr. This recipe is a complete patisserie recipe, as I said in the article, I also made the cocoa powder and it was very popular. The last thing I can think of is that you may have baked too much. Yours sincerely

I'm a foreigner mrb bn. I love Turkish cookies even though I'm not a foreigner. I'm particularly interested in flour cookies ... flour cookies. And although I'm single, I know very well. yes, let's get back to the topic. Mervecim, I am answering your question. If you put normal starch, it may be hard and soft. But there will be no change in taste.

I've got a strange habit of reading those who comment on the flour cookie recipe so that I can find the recipe for friends, you're super. I'm a fan of flour cookies too and I always forget to make them with the recipe, although I forget that there are three ingredients, but I couldn't imagine that there would be so many people sitting down and commenting on a recipe I want to share. Of course, I'm one of those cracks right now. but I congratulate you because you are one of the rare commentators who share so many levels, I recommend you to take a look at what the commentators of the flour cookie recipe of other sites have written.

hello nilay, I tried this cookie for my guests who will come on Friday evening. I also put nutella in them one by one :) The troubles I had were as follows: I added oil rather than oil. 1-The dough of this cookie disperses quickly. It was very difficult to open and put 2 spoon of nutella in them. I do not recommend it. 1-Unfortunately, when I bite it like that, the nutellas did not flow (like passion :) ) so I was disappointed.
but it's delicious and a savior and practical recipe for friends like me who don't want to fantasize :)
