Salty Tea Cookie
Hello Dear Friends,
Today, I have a recipe that will allow you to serve great tastes with less ingredients that will spice up your tea hours.
There are some cookies that melt in your palate when you take a bite and you immediately want to take another bite. Our cookie dough is so light that you can use it to capture different flavors. For example, you can serve half of it with labneh and the other half with adjika. Those who like it even more salty can serve it after rolling a thin layer of olive paste, decorating it as they wish.
The most important point we need to pay attention to while preparing our dough is to knead it quickly. As soon as the kneading process is finished, take it to the refrigerator to rest for a while. When rolling out the dough, do not forget to lightly flour the counter and the roller.
Ingredients for Salted Tea Cookie Recipe

- 150 g butter
- 2,5 water glass flour
- 1 sweet spice salt

How to Make Salted Tea Cookie Recipe?
- Take eggs, room temperature butter, salt and flour in a deep mixing bowl.
- Knead a non-sticky kamur. Wrap the dough with cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Take the rested dough on the lightly floured counter. Roll out 1 cm thick and cut with a cookie cutter.
- Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until the edges are lightly browned.
- Serve with whipped labneh cheese and sliced green olives, if desired.
The cream I made on it was not shaped, what could be the reason?
Your labneh may be watery or you haven't whipped it hard enough.
The recipe is great
