Tuna Hors d'oeuvres
My warm-up tours for tuna fish recipes continue. If you have tuna fish, you can easily prepare it with the ingredients available at home, so you don't have to strictly adhere to the recipe.

But if you don't have capers while making this recipe, I would definitely recommend using a pickle variety, so the taste of tuna is quite mild. Apart from the spring onion, you can add 1 clove of garlic if you like. Love…
Ingredients for Tuna Hors D'oeuvres Recipe
1 small package canned tuna
2 tablespoons of capers
3 sprigs of scallions
5 pickled corn cobs or fresh corn
3-4 slices of multigrain bread
black pepper, optional salt
Fabrication:
1- Drain the oil of canned tuna and put it in a deep bowl, shred it with a fork.
2- Finely chop the pickled corn and green onions, mix them with the capers into the tuna fish. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
3- Cut the slices of multigrain bread with a circle cookie cutter, if not, with the mouth of a teapot. Arrange the breads on the serving plate and distribute the tuna mortar you prepared on the breads.
4- Serve plain or with sauce.
I make sandwiches with the same ingredients. I really think it's a delicious mortar. They are also very nice as a sofa, well done.
